Surface Preparation

Every project starts with an in-person consultation. We inspect your concrete, perform moisture testing, identify cracks or damage, and discuss how the space will be used. This allows us to put together the perfect floor coating plan for your space.

Concrete Repairs

Cracks, pits, and surface imperfections are carefully repaired to create a smooth, uniform surface. Addressing these issues before coating ensures a stronger bond and a more refined finished appearance.

Polyurea Base Coat

We apply a 100% solids, self-priming polyurea base coat that penetrates and bonds directly to the concrete. This layer forms the structural backbone of the system— 4x stronger and more flexible than traditional epoxy floor coatings.

Decorative Flake Application

Decorative vinyl flakes are broadcast into the wet base coat to full coverage. This step adds texture, durability, and depth, transforming plain concrete into a clean, elevated surface.

Flake Scrape

Once cured, excess flake is carefully scraped and vacuumed to remove loose or vertical pieces. This ensures a consistent texture and prepares the surface for the protective topcoat.

UV-Stable Clear Topcoat

A UV-stable polyaspartic clear topcoat that won’t yellow or fade like epoxy is applied to seal the system and lock everything in place. This final layer provides long-term protection against wear, moisture, and sunlight, delivering a durable, low-maintenance finish built for Florida conditions.
